Here in Indonesia, mother's day falls on December 22nd. I think mother's day celebration is important because it reminds us at to say thank you to our mom, at least once a year. Although once a year is of course not enough for all that our mom has done for us.
Moreover, it's because
“A mother's love is patient and forgiving when all others are forsaking, it never fails or falters, even though the heart is breaking”
So whether it is mother's day or not at where ever you are right now, let's say Thank You to our dear mother today and at any chance we get.
For my mom, thank you for all you've done for our family, especially for your love and care for me. I don't think I can thank you enough. I love you!
